ABOUT THE ROLE
JI Restaurant by Hotel Tugu Bali is looking for a passionate, creative, and service-oriented Bartender to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to the highest standards while delivering warm, professional, and memorable guest experiences.
WHAT YOU DO
* Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, beverages, and other drinks according to established standards.
* Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all beverages.
* Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to guests.
* Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene of the bar area.
* Prepare and replenish bar ingredients, garnishes, and supplies.
* Monitor beverage stock and report shortages or discrepancies to the supervisor.
* Follow proper handling, storage, and hygiene procedures for all beverages and ingredients.
* Assist with bar setup, closing procedures, and daily operations.
* Minimize waste and maintain proper control of beverage inventory.
* Recommend beverages and engage with guests to enhance their dining experience.
* Work closely with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
* Follow all hotel standards, policies, and food & beverage procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS
* Previous experience as a Bartender in a hotel, restaurant, or bar is preferred.
* Good knowledge of cocktails, beverages, bar equipment, and basic mixology.
* Strong customer service and communication skills.
* Friendly, confident, and well-presented personality.
* Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Good teamwork, discipline, and attention to detail.
* Passionate about hospitality and delivering excellent guest experiences.
* Willing to work afternoon/evening shifts and flexible working hours.
* Willing to work on weekends and public holidays according to operational requirements.
* Good command of English is preferred.
