Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, cocktails, mocktails, juices, and other specialty drinks.
2. Take and process drink orders efficiently while engaging with customers.
3. Mix and garnish cocktails according to standardized recipes.
4. Handle and manage inventory of coffee beans, syrups, liquors, and bar ingredients.
5. Follow proper hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation practices in the bar and coffee station.
6. Keep the bar and coffee station stocked, clean, and well-organized.
7. Maintain a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, engaging with customers to enhance their experience.
Qualifications:
1. Experience as a Barista and/or Bartender in a café, bar, or restaurant.
2. Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
3. Strong knowledge of coffee preparation, espresso-based drinks, and barista techniques.
4. Experience in cocktail mixing, drink presentation, and bartending skills.
5. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality.
6. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
7. Well-groomed appearance and professional attitude.
8. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
9. Willingness to stay and work in Gili Air.
