Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, cocktails, mocktails, juices, and other specialty drinks.
- Take and process drink orders efficiently while engaging with customers.
- Mix and garnish cocktails according to standardized recipes.
- Handle and manage inventory of coffee beans, syrups, liquors, and bar ingredients.
- Follow proper hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation practices in the bar and coffee station.
- Keep the bar and coffee station stocked, clean, and well-organized.
- Maintain a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, engaging with customers to enhance their experience.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Barista and/or Bartender in a café, bar, or restaurant.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation, espresso-based drinks, and barista techniques.
- Experience in cocktail mixing, drink presentation, and bartending skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Well-groomed appearance and professional attitude.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Willingness to stay and work in Gili Air.
