About the Role
PT Blue Waves Hospitality Indonesia, the parent company of PT Gelimang Artamas, is seeking an experienced Bar Head / Bar Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily bar operations, ensuring exceptional beverage quality and service standards, managing inventory and cost control, and leading the bar team to deliver outstanding guest experiences across our hospitality venues.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily bar operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Lead, train, supervise, and motivate the bar team to maintain high service standards
- Ensure consistency and quality of all beverages served according to company standards
- Develop and maintain beverage menus, recipes, and presentation standards
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock ordering to ensure product availability
- Conduct regular stock counts and control beverage costs, wastage, and losses
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards at all times
- Handle guest feedback and resolve service-related issues professionally
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Monitor sales performance and contribute ideas to increase beverage revenue
- Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to management
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a Bar Supervisor, Bar Head, or similar leadership role
- Strong knowledge of beverages, cocktails, spirits, coffee, and bar operations
- Proven experience in leading and developing bar teams
- Strong understanding of inventory management, cost control, and stock management
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Experience in hospitality, restaurant, beach club, or lifestyle venues is preferred
- Basic knowledge of beverage costing, menu engineering, and sales analysis is a plus
