Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and company standards.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service to all guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management and restocking.
- Ensure all beverages are presented consistently and with high quality.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service standards.
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and special orders professionally.
- Process orders and payments accurately using the POS system.
- Assist with opening and closing bar procedures.
- Work closely with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations.
Profile Requirements
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant, bar, beach club, hotel, or resort.
- Good knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and beverage preparation.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Positive attitude, energetic, and well-groomed appearance.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and time management skills.
- Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.
- Basic English communication skills (conversational level preferred).
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Bartending certification is an advantage but not mandatory.
