Placement & Training
This position will be based at Gatsu, Denpasar Bali.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a bartender, barista, or bar staff in restaurants, cafés, bars, or hospitality venues.
- Customer Service: Friendly, energetic, and able to provide excellent service to guests.
- Communication: Good communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Teamwork: Able to work well with kitchen staff, service staff, and other team members.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, especially during events and busy hours.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to prepare beverages accurately and maintain high presentation standards.
- Passion for Hospitality: Enjoy creating a welcoming and enjoyable guest experience.
- Must be based in Bali.
Key Responsibilities
- As a Bartender / Barista Staff, you will play an important role in delivering exceptional beverage service experiences for our members and guests.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Ensure stock availability and assist with inventory control.
- Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient service to guests.
- Coordinate with kitchen and floor teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Support operations during events, tournaments, and busy periods.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and service standards at all times.
