About the role
We are seeking a talented Bartender to join our vibrant team at the Valstar Hotel in Badung, Bali. As a fulltime Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional cocktails and providing outstanding customer service to our guests. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your bartending skills and contribute to the success of our renowned hotel.
What you'll be doing
Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to hotel guests and visitors
Interact with customers, understand their preferences, and make recommendations to enhance their dining and drinking experience
Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and organised bar area to ensure efficient and seamless service
Adhere to all relevant health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Assist with inventory management and ordering of necessary bar supplies
Contribute to the development and implementation of new cocktail recipes and bar initiatives
Provide excellent customer service and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction
What we're looking for
Proven experience as a Bartender or similar role in a hotel, restaurant, or bar environment
Thorough knowledge of a wide range of cocktails, spirits, and bar operations
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure
Certification or training in bartending, food and beverage service, or mixology
Proficiency in English and the local language is preferred
