Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) according to standard recipes or guest requests.
- Recommend beverages based on guest preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar area.
- Ensure bar stock, ingredients, and equipment are available and well-maintained.
- Conduct regular inventory and report supply needs.
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner to enhance their experience.
- Control portioning and minimize wastage of beverages.
- Handle cash or POS transactions if required.
- Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience as a bartender (fresh graduates with mixology skills may be considered). - Solid knowledge of beverages.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, and a team player.
- Fluent in English
- Willing to work from Kuta Lombok
