About the role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Bartender to join our team in BARO BAKERY, PERERENAN BALI. This is a full-time position that offers a fantastic opportunity to lead our beverage operations and showcase your mixology expertise in a fast-paced, dynamic hospitality environment. As Senior Bartender, you will be at the heart of our bar operations, setting the standard for exceptional service, creating innovative cocktails, and mentoring junior bar staff. This role is integral to our success, ensuring that every guest receives an unforgettable experience whilst maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Craft and serve a wide variety of cocktails, spirits, wines, and other beverages with precision, creativity, and flair
- Maintain impeccable standards of bar hygiene, cleanliness, and organisation at all times
- Manage bar inventory, stock rotation, and ordering of spirits, mixers, and bar supplies
- Deliver exceptional customer service, creating memorable experiences for every guest
- Handle cash transactions and bar till operations accurately and professionally
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations
- Collaborate with front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Monitor and maintain bar equipment, reporting maintenance issues promptly
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of professional bartending experience.
- Comprehensive knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and classic and contemporary cocktail preparation techniques
- Advanced mixology skills with the ability to create signature cocktails and adapt recipes creatively
- Excellent customer service skills with a genuine passion for hospitality
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak service times
- Proficiency in bar management systems and point-of-sale (POS) technology
- Knowledge of health, safety, and food and beverage handling regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, professional attitude
- Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are advantageous
- Relevant qualifications such as RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) or similar certifications preferred
