Deskripsi pekerjaan Barista Marquee Executive Offices
Job Responsibility :
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other bar equipment efficiently.
- Perform calibration and maintain consistent beverage quality.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the bar area, equipment, and workstation in accordance with hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Carry out opening procedures, restock ingredients and supplies, and perform closing duties.
- Monitor daily inventory and report stock replenishment needs.
- Provide friendly, prompt, and professional customer service.
- Explain the menu and recommend beverages to customers.
- Prepare and serve orders within the established service time standards.
Qualifications :
- Minimum High School/Vocational School (SMA/SMK) graduate.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista preferebly in a coffe shop or cafe.
- Friendly, positive, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Able to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Available to join immediately is preferred.
- Willing to be placed in South Jakarta.
