The role of Barista at Bergamot Coffee is an opportunity to showcase your expertise in the world of tea and coffee. Key responsibilities include preparing a wide array of coffee and tea drinks according to customer preferences, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the work area, and ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and stored after each shift. You will also be responsible for managing inventory, restocking supplies, and contributing to the overall atmosphere of our café through friendly service and a positive attitude. Your creativity will shine through as you experiment with unique drink combinations and latte art designs, enhancing our menu offerings and customer experience.

We are looking for candidates who are eager to contribute to our growing team. While a high school diploma (SMA/SMK) is required, we value your passion and dedication more than strict academic qualifications. Experience in the tea and coffee industry is beneficial but not essential; what we truly seek are individuals who are excited about learning and honing their skills in the art of coffee and tea preparation. You should possess a genuine enthusiasm for creating delicious and visually appealing beverages, and a willingness to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner. A background in tea art, latte art, and coffee shop practices would be advantageous, but we are open to training those who demonstrate a strong commitment to excellence and Coffee and help us continue to brew a successful future!
