Core Skills & Competencies
• Able to calibrate coffee daily (dial-in espresso based on beans, weather, and machine condition)
• Strong understanding of espresso extraction, grind size adjustment, and shot consistency
• Able to create clean and consistent latte art (basic: heart, tulip; advanced is a plus)
• Knowledge of coffee beans, roasting profiles, and flavor notes
• Able to maintain drink consistency during peak hours
