Job Description:

1. Handle daily coffee bar operations, including beverage preparation, service, and maintaining product quality
2. Perform basic espresso calibration and grinder adjustment to ensure consistency (Senior level expected to handle more advanced calibration)
3. Maintain cleanliness and perform routine maintenance of coffee equipment
4. Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere
5. Support team coordination and assist in training junior baristas (for Senior level)
6. Assist in inventory monitoring and stock control
7. Contribute ideas for menu or product improvement
   

Requirements:

1. Minimum 1–2 years experience as Barista (Senior: 2–3 years preferred)
2. Basic knowledge of coffee, espresso, and manual brew methods
3. Able to perform basic calibration and maintain drink consistency (Senior preferred)
4. Good communication skills, well-groomed, and customer-oriented
5. Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work in a team
6. Leadership skills are a plus
7. Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
