We are looking for a passionate and skilled Barista to join our team at Selah Ristorante. If you have a love for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and at least 2 years of experience as a barista, we would love to hear from you!

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a barista in a café, restaurant, or similar setting.

• Proficiency in brewing methods such as espresso, pour-over, French press, and more.

• Skilled in operating espresso machines and performing routine maintenance.

• Latte art skills are highly desirable.

• Knowledge of coffee beans, grinding techniques, and roasting profiles.

• Strong communication skills and a friendly, team-oriented attitude.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages according to café standards.

• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations when needed.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area, including equipment and tools.

• Manage inventory and assist in restocking supplies.

• Ensure consistent quality in all beverages served.
