As a Barista at The Ground Bali, your primary responsibility will be to prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages to our guests. This involves mastering the art of latte art, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. You will also be expected to assist in the overall operation of the coffee shop, including taking orders, managing inventory, and ensuring that the café remains a welcoming space for everyone. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about coffee and have a desire to contribute to our growing community.
