The Paralian Uluwatu is a dynamic property developer founded in 2022 with the vision of crafting spaces that are as comfortable as they are beautiful. Starting with our flagship project 11-11, we have expanded into full-scale villa development and sales, including The Waits Estates in Uluwatu, which offers a unique community experience with padel courts, twenty-four hour security, and shared pools. As we prepare to launch our own Property Management Group in 2026, we are seeking talented individuals to join our in-house team, ensuring exceptional quality and execution across every stage of our projects from design to delivery.

We are currently looking for a Barista to join our team at Jalan Labuansait, Pecatu Kel., Kuta Selatan, Badung, 80363, Indonesia, where you will play a key role in delivering high-quality coffee experiences to our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing and serving specialty drinks with precision and care, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and providing friendly and professional customer service. You will also be expected to assist in inventory management, ensure compliance with health and safety standards, and contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the comfort and beauty central to our brand identity.

To thrive in this role, candidates should hold an SMA or SMK education level and possess between one and three years of relevant experience in a similar position.
