We are hiring Barista for Fuglen Bali!
Qualifications
Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
At least 1 year of experience as a Barista.
Good knowledge of coffee varieties and brewing methods.
Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
Strong communication skills with a customer service mindset.
Willing to work on a shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
Willing to be placed in Pererenan, Bali.
Job Description
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages according to company standards.
Maintain the cleanliness of the work area, coffee equipment, and espresso machines.
Deliver friendly and professional customer service.
Manage inventory and assist with ordering coffee-related supplies as needed.
Participate in training to continuously improve coffee knowledge and technical skills.
Work closely with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day café operations.
