Daily Worker Contract for Barista
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company recipes and standards.
Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment safely and efficiently.
Take customer orders and process payments accurately.
Recommend menu items and answer customer questions.
Maintain cleanliness of the work area, equipment, and dining area.
Monitor inventory levels and report low stock to the supervisor.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
