Barista

MEGAZE COFFEE is a coffee brand from PT TEMAN TEMAN MIMPI, a company headquartered in Jakarta that operates Korean F&B brands. The company opened its first store at Lippo Mall Puri in June 2025 and its second store at AEON MALL BSD in November 2025. All of our executives, including the CEO, are experts from Korea, specializing in space design, menu development, operations, and marketing.

Through a diverse menu and various marketing activities, PT TEMAN TEMAN MIMPI aims to increase brand awareness and strengthen its position as a K-Coffee brand in Indonesia.

Role Description

• Prepare and serve coffee beverages and F&B menu items according to standards.
• Maintain product quality, consistency, and hygiene.
• Provide friendly, professional, and solution-oriented customer service.
• Perform upselling and recommend products to customers.
• Support daily store operations, including inventory checks and recording.
• Ensure the workspace is always clean, hygienic, and compliant with F&B standards.

Qualifications

• Skilled in barista work and food preparation.
• Basic knowledge of coffee and baking is preferred.
• Strong upselling and communication skills with customers.
• Excellent customer service abilities.
• Fast, proactive, solution-oriented, and flexible to work on weekends and holidays.
• Accurate in conducting inventory checks.
• Knowledge of basic F&B hygiene; food safety certification is a plus.
