Barista

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and smoothies.
• Provide prompt, friendly, and efficient service to all customers.
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, bar, and equipment.
• Accurately handle orders using the POS system.
• Restock and rotate inventory, ensuring freshness and availability of ingredients.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards consistently.
• Educate guests on the menu and make recommendations when asked.

Qualifications

• High school or vocational school graduate, preferably from hospitality, culinary, or barista-related fields.
• Minimum 6 months – 1 year experience as a barista.
• Basic knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation.
• Able to operate coffee machines and bar equipment.
• Friendly, customer-oriented, and communicative.
• Able to work fast, clean, and in a team.
• Familiar with POS systems.
• Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
