Barista

Responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages while providing warm and attentive service to guests. The Barista ensures consistency in beverage quality and contributes to a welcoming and enjoyable experience at Anno 1885.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and other drinks according to Anno 1885’s standards and recipes.
• Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other bar equipment properly.
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and beverage quality.
• Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take beverage orders accurately and communicate them effectively with the team.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and service area.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory and daily preparation.
• Follow proper food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Handle guest requests and feedback professionally.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow company SOPs and maintain a high standard of hospitality.

Qualifications

• Female, maximum age 32 years old
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar position.
• Good knowledge of espresso-based beverages and basic coffee preparation.
• Able to operate and maintain coffee equipment properly.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about coffee, hospitality, and providing excellent guest service.
• Able to work well in a team and under pressure.
• Willing to learn and continuously improve skills.
• Clean, disciplined, honest, responsible, and attentive to detail.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time.
• Preferably domiciled in Jakarta.
