Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve espresso-based and non-coffee beverages according to company standards.
Perform espresso calibration and maintain flavor consistency.
Apply steaming and pouring techniques, including basic latte art patterns.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area and equipment.
Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and professional attitude.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Barista.
Strong knowledge of espresso calibration, steaming, and latte art pouring.
Team player with good communication skills.
Discipline, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
Strong hospitality mindset with customer-oriented service.
