Open Position for one Barista to join our In-House BIASA Café Team
Qualifications:
• Minimum 24 years old, with 2+ years of service in a café operation, including barista duties and customer service.
• Skilled in coffee preparation, espresso-based beverages, and maintaining beverage quality standards.
• Experienced welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Fluent in conversational English to ensure effective communications with our international clientele.
• Excellent customer service with the ability to engage high-end clients.
• Familiar with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
• Well-groomed, polished, and professional.
• Self-motivated, punctual, and adaptable.
Main tasks:
• Welcome and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner, following the Biasa Café’s SOPs.
• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based beverages, and other drinks according to Biasa Café’s SOPs.
• Ensuring an engaging and warm customer service, recommend menu items based on customer preferences and offer tailored service.
• Process orders and payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, coffee station, and service areas.
• Ensuring a clean, tidy, and organized work environment.
• Managing inventory, tracking stock levels and placing supply orders.
• Ensuring and reflecting Biasa Group’s philosophy and elegance in all interactions.
Working Hours:
09.00 AM to 05.00 PM, 6 days a week.

Kerobokan Kelod, Kec. Kuta Utara, Kab. Badung, Bali
