As a Barista at Odistry Coffee, you will be responsible for brewing and serving coffee and tea to our customers. Your day-to-day duties will include preparing beverages to order, maintaining the cleanliness of the bar area, and ensuring that all equipment is functioning properly. You will also assist in stocking supplies, managing inventory, and ensuring that the café is always well-stocked and ready for the next customer. Additionally, you will contribute to the overall atmosphere of the café by engaging with customers and promoting our offerings, including our popular tea art and latte art programs. Your role is integral to our success, and we look forward to welcoming someone who can help us maintain our reputation for excellence.

We are looking for candidates who possess a high school diploma or equivalent (SMA/SMK level) and have between one and three years of experience in a coffee shop setting. You should have a genuine interest in tea and coffee, and be skilled in both tea art and latte art. While experience in these areas is essential, we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
