Job Description:
- Greet the guest, present menu, help with guest choice, making suggestions, takes order and serves food & beverage according to standard procedures
- Process drink orders in proper calling order
- Provide friendly, attentive and professional customer service to ensure a positive guest experience
- Assisting with general duties such as stock management, maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Actively contributing to develop service standard and new menu
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver efficient service
- Upsell products and promote menu items
Requirements:
- Experienced in manual brew both coffee, tea and matcha
- Love to learn something new, especially about matcha and Japanese tea
- Comfortable working with and tasting alcoholic beverages for menu creation, pairing, and quality control purposes
- Willing to be assigned and rotated across all company outlets as operationally required, including Jimbaran, Kuta, Canggu, Seminyak, and Ubud areas
- Details oriented, an advantage if you have wide knowledge about tea and matcha
- Able to communicate in English
- A story teller and confident in conducting a product presentation
- Customer service oriented and friendly
- A good team player and at the same time highly dependable and highly initiative
