Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise the barista team; handle hiring, training, and termination of staff.
Develop and update drink recipes; introduce seasonal specials.
Control beverage quality and consistency; adjust grinders and recipes daily.
Manage inventory – order supplies, track stock, prevent shortages.
Conduct regular stocktakes to minimize waste and control costs.
Organize workspace layout for efficient workflow during rushes.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times.
Maintain availability of all menu items; liaise with kitchen/FOH as needed.
Maintain espresso machines and equipment; schedule maintenance when required.
