The role of Bartender and Barista involves creating a wide range of beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Responsibilities include interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner, preparing ingredients, operating kitchen and bar equipment, and ensuring a positive guest experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a passion for beverage artistry, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Candidates must have completed SMA/SMK education and possess a genuine interest in the hospitality industry. Strong teamwork skills are essential, as well as experience or knowledge in Tea Art, Drink Preparation, and Latte Art.
