Core Responsibilities :
Greeting & Customer Service: Welcoming customers, answering their questions, and providing recommendations.
Beverage Preparation: Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks (coffee, tea, and specialty beverages) to a high standard of quality and consistency.
Operating Equipment: Operating and maintaining espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment.
Cleanliness: Maintaining a clean, sanitized, and organized workspace and seating area.
Inventory & Restocking: Managing ingredient supply, restocking items, and informing management of low stock.
