Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve espresso-based and non-coffee beverages according to company standards.
- Perform espresso calibration and maintain flavor consistency.
- Apply steaming and pouring techniques, including basic latte art patterns.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area and equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Barista.
- Strong knowledge of espresso calibration, steaming, and latte art pouring.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Discipline, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
- Strong hospitality mindset with customer-oriented service.
- Willing to be placed in KOTARA Coffee Priok, North Jakarta.
