We are looking for a passionate and energetic Barista to join our team in Ubud! If you love coffee, enjoy creating great customer experiences, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, mocktails, and other beverages according to company standards
- Operate coffee machines and maintain cleanliness of bar equipment
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Ensure drink quality and presentation consistency
- Handle customer orders and payments when needed
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area
- Monitor stock levels and report inventory needs
- Work closely with the kitchen and service team
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Barista
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and latte art is preferred
- Friendly, positive, and team-oriented attitude
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills in English
- Honest, disciplined, and responsible
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
