Qualification:
- Male/Female, max 25 years old
- Minimum High School / Vocational graduate
- Min. 1 year experience as a Barista in a café, coffee shop, or similar hospitality environment
- Strong passion for coffee and the F&B industry
- Basic knowledge of espresso-based beverages, manual brewing, and basic latte art
- Strong communication skills with a positive, professional attitude
- Well-groomed and presentable appearance
- Able to stay calm in a fast-paced environment, work well within a team, and eager to keep improving
