Barista

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

1. Prepare coffee, juice, and smoothies according to our client standards.
2. Manage stock-taking and inventory processes for the bar area.
3. Maintain and take care of bar equipment.
4. Provide friendly service and genuine hospitality to every guest.
5. Collaborate with the bar, service, and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Currently residing in Bali or willing to relocate
2. Solid barista skills, including coffee, juices, smoothies, and brewing techniques.
3. Warm, confident, and guest-focused personality.
4. A strong team player with excellent attention to detail.
5. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and energetic environment.
6. Interest in the hospitality industry; a background in fitness or combat sports is a plus.
