Deskripsi pekerjaan Barista PT Cita Rasa Mendunia (Senjafood)
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent (a background in hospitality or F&B is a plus).
- Experience as a barista or in a similar role (preferred, but training can be provided for beginners).
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso machine operation.
- Ability to prepare and serve various coffee and non-coffee beverages.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
- Cash handling and basic POS (Point of Sale) system skills.
- Friendly, energetic, and passionate about coffee.
- Well-groomed and professional appearance.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Honest, disciplined, and responsible.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Basic latte art skills are an advantage.
- Ability to communicate in a foreign language (e.g., English) is a plus.
