Barista at Bruule Group, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional beverage experience to customers. This includes operating coffee machines, preparing a variety of coffee drinks, mocktails, and traditional Nusantara beverages at the highest quality. You will also interact directly with customers to ensure friendly and professional service while maintaining a clean and efficient workspace.
Qualifications:
Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK), preferably in hospitality or a related field.
Previous experience as a barista or in the food & beverage (F&B) industry (especially with coffee, mocktails, or traditional drinks) is preferred.
Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Positive, proactive, and able to work well within a team.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be open to working shifts.
Basic knowledge of coffee preparation techniques & mocktail recipes.
Proficiency in English is a plus, especially when interacting with international customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve coffee, mocktails, and traditional Nusantara drinks according to the highest quality standards.
Set up and operate coffee machines skillfully to ensure optimal coffee flavor.
Greet customers warmly, offer drink recommendations, and ensure quick, accurate order fulfillment.
Keep the workspace, including the bar area, tools, and coffee machines, clean and sanitized.
Track inventory of coffee beans, syrups, and other drink ingredients, ensuring stock levels meet operational needs.
Listen to customer feedback and address concerns promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Work with other team members to ensure smooth operations, particularly during busy hours.
