As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages and providing excellent customer service to our diverse clientele. Your key duties will include preparing espresso-based drinks, cold brews, and other menu items according to established recipes while maintaining strict hygiene and safety standards. You will manage inventory, ensure equipment is clean and functioning properly, and create a warm atmosphere for guests by engaging with them professionally and efficiently. Additionally, you will assist in training new staff members, contribute to menu development ideas, and work collaboratively with the club management to ensure smooth operations during peak hours, ensuring every visitor leaves with a memorable experience.

We invite candidates who hold an SMA or SMK education level to apply, as we value formal training combined with a strong work ethic.
