The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving high quality coffee, beverages and specialty drinks while delivering outstanding customer service. This role ensures consistency in beverage quality, maintains cleanliness and organization of the bar area and supports smooth café operations to create an exceptional customer experience.
The Barista position open for Female only.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso based beverages, teas and other drinks according to company recipes and standards.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, brewing equipment and other bar tools efficiently and safely.
- Ensure consistency in beverage taste, quality portioning and presentation.
- Welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding beverages, ingredients and menu items.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, equipment and utensils.
- Perform daily opening and closing duties, including cleaning and restocking.
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, cups and other supplies.
- Work closely with service, cashier and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations.
