JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Prepare and serve coffee and beverages according to standards.
2. Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
3. Ensure the bar area, equipment, and workstation are clean and organized.
4. Provide friendly and professional service to every guest.
5. Coordinate with the bar and service team to ensure smooth operations.
6. Follow hygiene, safety, and operational standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Minimum SMA/SMK.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista.
3. Must be able to communicate in English (MANDATORY).
4. Good communication skills, disciplined, and responsible.
5. Able to work well in a team and in a shift-based system.
6. Well-groomed with a positive attitude.
7. Strong willingness to learn and grow with the team.
