Barista Staff – Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Barista in a café/restaurant/hospitality environment
- Able to operate espresso machines, grinders, and basic coffee equipment
- Good understanding of coffee basics (espresso, milk texturing, brewing methods, and cleanliness)
- Friendly, energetic, and customer service–oriented
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Disciplined, responsible, and willing to learn
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Basic English communication skills preferred
- Good grooming and positive attitude
- Based in Bali is preferred
