As a Barista at The Hita Apartement, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the guest experience through impeccable service and exceptional coffee preparation. Your key responsibilities will include preparing a variety of coffee drinks to order, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and ensuring all equipment is functioning properly. You will also contribute to the overall atmosphere of the café by engaging with customers and assisting in the creation of a welcoming environment. We are seeking candidates who are ready to embark on their professional journey or are looking to advance their career in the hospitality industry. A candidate for this position should possess a minimum of SMA/SMK educational qualification and have between 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
