What You'll Do
- Prepare and serve coffee and non-coffee beverages according to company standards.
- Ensure consistency in beverage quality, presentation, and taste.
- Welcome customers with a warm and professional attitude.
- Recommend beverages and confidently upsell menu items based on customers' preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure proper handling of ingredients and equipment.
- Work closely with the Service Crew and Kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and operational standards at all times.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 year of experience as a Barista or in the hospitality industry.
- Passionate about coffee, beverages, and delivering excellent customer service.
- Strong hospitality mindset with a genuine passion for serving people.
- Friendly, communicative, and confident interacting with customers.
- Confident in recommending products and creating upselling opportunities.
- Comfortable communicating in English with local and international customers.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Well-groomed, proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
- Positive attitude, eager to learn, and committed to maintaining high-quality standards.
