To thrive in this role, we look for candidates who hold an SMA or SMK education level and possess between one and three years of relevant experience. You should demonstrate strong competencies in Customer Service, Teamwork, and Administration, alongside technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Office. Additionally, expertise in Tea Art, Latte Art, Beverage Shop Supervisor duties, and general Coffee Shop operations will be essential for success in this position.
