Barista (Uluwatu)

The Barista at Copenhagen Bali is primarily responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of orders between the bar, kitchen, and guests, maintaining speed, accuracy, and excellent service standards in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has prior experience in food and beverage or hospitality, with a strong understanding of customer service and teamwork. While the main focus of this role is as a runner, the candidate should be willing and capable of supporting barista duties when needed, including preparing basic coffee and beverages. A basic knowledge of coffee preparation is an advantage, though training can be provided. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to multitask effectively during busy service periods. A positive attitude, proactive mindset, and flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, are essential, along with maintaining professional appearance and high standards of hygiene.
