Black Eye Coffee & Roastery is Bali's one-stop destination for coffee lovers, sourcing quality beans from across Indonesia's archipelago and serving them across outlets in Ubud, Seminyak, Canggu, Bedugul, and beyond. Known for our smooth, bold coffee and warm, personal service, we're growing our team and looking for someone who shares our love for great coffee.
The Role
As our Barista, you'll craft quality beverages, keep the bar running smoothly, and give every guest a warm, memorable experience — from brewing and latte art to maintaining a clean, welcoming station.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum SMA/SMK graduate; barista or F&B experience is a plus (fresh grads with a real interest in coffee welcome too)
- Friendly, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced setting
- Willing to work shifts, including weekends/holidays
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bali
