- Work closely with sales team for project implementation and delivery, mainly Horeca channel, coffee chain, milk for coffee products, Sun quick products and all kinds of drinks
- Able to communicate effectively with customers
- Implementation, commissioning and training of company products for customers
- Manage support cases to ensure issues are comprehensively recorded, tracked, resolved and follow-ups are done in a timely manner
- Evaluate customers’ future needs and recommend best practices
- Handling feedback from customers and markets
- Negotiate, propose promotions
- Track import, export, inventories, analyze, evaluate and control the amount of inventory and goods imported by week and month
- Find out information about competitors (prices, policies, programs ...)
- Perform other duties assigned by the direct management
- Coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.
- Once familiar with company’s solution, applicant will be given the opportunity to take on Project Management role and/or Pre-Sales role
