Job Overview & Requirements:
Placement : Manukari Kopi Banjarbaru, Kalimantan Selatan (We do not provide employee mess/residential accommodation)
- Willing to travel long distance (from home to workplace) or able to show & prove that you are ready to move near our outlet if required (work experience near our outlet is preferred).
- Responsible for daily bar operations as barista, including preparation in the morning and end-of-day closing duties.
- Ensure every beverage is prepared and served according to company standards, maintains a clean and organized kitchen, and upholds food & beverage safety and hygiene protocols following the SOP that applies.
- This role requires basic knowledge of coffee & non-coffee beverages (!), F&B safety and hygiene practices, strong teamwork and communication skills, service excellence, punctuality, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
