we are launching a specialty coffee shop. Specialty coffee, ceremonial-grade matcha, and our signature cinnamon rolls — a small menu, done properly.

We are in pre-opening and building our opening team now. You won't inherit anyone's habits. You help set the standard from day one.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Dial in and pull consistently excellent espresso — taste, adjust, repeat

• Prepare matcha to standard: correct ratio, correct temperature, no clumps, every single time

• Texture milk properly and pour clean latte art

• Run batch brew and manual methods

• Own your station — mise en place, cleanliness, opening and closing

• Welcome guests warmly; you are the face of the shop

• Keep the bar stocked and flag what's running low

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

GOOD ENGLISH SKILLS is a MUST HAVE

• 1+ year behind an espresso machine, specialty background a strong plus

• You taste your coffee — you don't just push buttons

• Clean, fast and organised under pressure

• Warm with guests, conversational English

• Reliable — on time, every shift

• Curious about coffee and matcha — you want to get better, not just get paid
