Job Description:
- Prepare espresso-based beverages, including cappuccino, latte, and specialty coffee.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines and equipment.
- Perform espresso dial-in, grinder adjustment, and milk steaming.
- Create quality latte art and ensure consistent beverage quality.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain café cleanliness.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a professional Barista.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in a specialty coffee shop or coffee roastery is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of espresso preparation, grinder adjustment, and calibration.
- Skilled in preparing milk-based beverages and latte art.
- Knowledge of manual brewing methods (preferably V60), coffee beans, and brewing techniques.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to relocate and work in Kuwait.
