🍸 Responsibilities:
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards and recipes.
- Perform daily bar mise en place and ensure all ingredients, garnishes, and equipment are ready for service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the bar area.
- Assist with inventory control, stock replenishment, and stock counting.
- Deliver friendly and professional guest service while taking beverage orders and handling guest inquiries.
- Develop product knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, cocktails, coffee, and other beverage offerings.
- Support team operations to ensure efficient and smooth bar service.
