Deskripsi pekerjaan BARISTA FULL TIME / PART TIME MORNNG’S
REQUIREMENTS:
- SMA/SMK or equivalent
- Min. 1 year experience as a Barista
- Good knowledge of coffee preparation & café beverages
- Skilled in operating and maintaining espresso machine & grinder
- Understand basic espresso calibration, grinding, dosing, tamping & milk steaming
- Basic latte art
- Able to prepare non-coffee beverages
- Good communication in Bahasa Indonesia & basic/conversational English
- Friendly, polite & customer-service oriented
- Able to keep the bar area and equipment clean & organized
- Good teamwork & willing to assist with general café operations
- Available for flexible shifts, Sundays & public holidays
