YOUR ROLE
• Prepare coffee and espresso-based drinks.
• Prepare matcha, iced drinks, and other café beverages.
• Follow recipes and presentation standards.
• Prepare and set up the bar before service.
• Keep the coffee station clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Work closely with the team to provide friendly and efficient service.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Previous experience as a Barista is preferred.
• Comfortable using an espresso machine.
• Clean, organized, and reliable.
• Friendly, positive, and able to work well in a team.
• Detail-oriented.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic English or Bahasa Indonesia skills.
